Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 domain, 4 users and the full DMARC RUA ingestion. No credit card, no expiration. Ideal for validating the platform with a real domain before scaling up.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate (prorated for the month), downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle. No penalty, no mandatory annual contracts — month-to-month billing by default.
How does the on-prem Enterprise plan work?
We provide Docker containers or Helm charts + onboarding support from our team during installation. Your data never leaves your infrastructure. Features match Advanced + SSO + audit log WORM + contractual 99.9% SLA.
What happens if I exceed the compliant emails limit?
We alert you at 80% of your quota. If you exceed it, you can upgrade immediately or pay overage at USD 0.001/email — no service interruption. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.
Do you support SAML / SSO?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. OIDC and SAML 2.0 with any provider: Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Ping, Auth0, etc.
What does Advanced include that Professional does not?
Multi-client MSSP Portal (for resellers), Sender Domain delegation (Mode C), ARC + DANE TLSA (RFC 7672) enforcement, and 365-day retention. Awareness, SSPM, Brand Protection and Threat Intelligence are separate products sold independently of the Correo Seguro tier.
What SLA do you guarantee?
Enterprise: 99.9% monthly with credits for breaches. Free → Advanced: best-effort on AWS multi-AZ infrastructure. Contractual SLA only available on Enterprise.
